Perfect time to sleep

A person must sleep 08 hours in one day. 08 hours of sleep a day is healthy for a human being. It depends on a person's health whether one hour is increased or one hour is decreased from those eight hours. And breathing is essential for human survival. Similarly, there are certain rules for a person. Age, time, and dark room decided their sleeping time.

01. 08 hours of sleep:
It is best for men to go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 6 am. This is 8 hours of sleep. New born babies sleep for eighteen to twenty hours in a day. At the age of 10, they sleep for 12 hours. After growing up, they sleep for 6 to 8 hours. Sleep time varies according to age. As you get older, your sleep time may increase or decrease to 4 hours. There is also a sleep time that varies from person to person. Some people sleep for 6 hours and feel refreshed the next day. Some people think that even if they sleep for 8 hours, one more hour of sleep will feel refreshing. So, 8 hours of sleep is healthy. Also, sleeping an hour more or less depends on your man's health.

02. Is it right to work at night and sleep during the day?
This is definitely not a healthy approach. The 'circadian rhythm' in our brain clock is as natural as sleeping at night. Our brain releases sleep hormones only when we sleep at night. Such sleep will give us freshness the next day. Sleeping during the day does not activate the sleep hormones. No refreshment is available. This has been scientifically proven.

03. Kids sleep late after looking at their mobile:
It is a bad habit for children to sleep late at night. These should be attended to immediately. Adults don't get sleepy if they have mental problems, similarly. Similarly, children don't get sleepy if they do something they like. So change their mobile usage and make them used to telling their favorite stories and listening to music. Late night sleep destroys the intellectual development and memory power of children. Knowledgeable things are healthy.

04. Sleeping in a dark room:
Sleeping in a dark room releases the 'sleep hormone' in our brain. A very dim night light can be left on in a room with small children. Others are better off sleeping in a dark, well-ventilated room.

05. Sleep on the weekend?
This is a bad sleeping method. Our body and the brain will decide how many hours a day we sleep. As usual, it is dangerous to sleep over the weekend. This type of sleep can cause many problems in the human body.

06. Sleepless Night:
There are many problems when sleeping time is low. Insomnia is the root cause of many diseases and many other diseases, including obesity, depression, hormone problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attack, side arthritis, cancer.

07. The right time to sleep:
Night time is good for sleeping. It is good to go to bed after sleeping. Unnecessary thoughts in the mind will come if you go in advance. Listening to music and reading books until you get to sleep at this time.

08. Sleeping in the day:
During the day, it is only perfect for children. It is appropriate for adults to rest 20 to 40 minutes. If you sleep more than that, you should wake up at night. The next morning, we cannot wake up on time.

09. Eating habits:
Heavy foods added to spices can spoil sleep for 2 hours, it is advisable to eat easy foods to digest, milk or bananas that can bring sleep.

10. Sleep that comes with dreams:
Dreams are the general coming of deep sleep. Do not be afraid of frequent sleep. This makes some people need mental health. We will tell them the time and place of sleep. It is best to avoid watching such a fighter movie and horror. Also, it is better to avoid engaging in bad activities.
